Integrated Review: An integrated review is a review or audit of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and validation of the implementation, adequacy and effectiveness of the Enterprise Risk Management mitigation and monitoring activities and plans submitted by risk owners. It is led by Internal Audit with integration of one or more of the following Office of the Chief Risk Officer functions: Enterprise Risk Management, Ethics & Compliance, Risk Management, Privacy, and Information Security, as appropriate.
